- We means Blacktea Tech (ABN: 16 143 616 013), the service provider, the owners and operators of this website (www.bttech.com.au), which is also referred as we or us.
- You and your means the customer who purchased any goods and services from Blacktea Tech, which is also referred as customer.

1. General term and condition:
- Purchase prices shown on our website are in Australia Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
- The price of any goods stated by Blacktea Tech is 10% GST inclusive.
- The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed and is exclusive of freight, insurance and installation.
- We also offer installation/troubleshooting service, for whichwe will charge you at our standard labor cost of $65 per hour.
- The price of any goods stated on our website is based on cash prices such as Bank Cheque, Money Order or Direct Deposit.
- Payment made by credit card will be incurred 2% processing fee surcharge.
- We may alter our prices without prior notice. Due to changing of market conditions, product discontinuation, errors in advertisement and any other unexpected circumstances, we reserve the right to make adjustments for all the prices. The customer must confirm the price before ordering.
- We do not offer price protection. Once you place an order, it deems you accept the price shown on the order list. There is no refund given on price difference at a later date.
- Payment may be made by Direct Deposit, Credit card Payment, Cheque, Internet Banking Transfer or Money Order.
- Customers are requiredto pay an advanced full pre-paid to any order.
- Orders will be processed only after the payment is verified.

Please beware that if you are doing direct deposit payment using Internet banking from a different bank other than ANZ. It may take up to 2 working days to show in our account. And payment by any type of Cheque is subject to banking clearance period of 3-5 working days.
- Customer may place orders online through this website, phone or by email.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered: Blacktea Tech is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
- If you need to make an order cancellation, please contact our Internet sales managers by mail or phone. It may take 48 hours for email processing and canceling.
- Once the product you ordered has been packed and shipped out and you refuse delivery, you have to pay all freights in both directions in addition to the cancellation fee. Cancellation orders at this state will incur a minimum 15% cancellation fee.
- All prices quoted on our website do not include any shipping fees or insurance. These will show separately on Blacktea Tea invoices. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable in all cases.
- Insurance charges are optional and to be paid at the customers\' request. Insurance cost is about $1.5/100 value. An example, a $500 order, will have an insurance cost of $7.5.
- We will do our best to ship out your goods ASAP after your payment is being confirmed. But while most orders are delivered promptly without incident, there are some occasions when the courier does not perform as expected. Once the package is in the hands of the courier it is out of our control.
- The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and in all cases must inform us in writing within 24 hours of delivery of any damage, shortages or non-delivery of the goods.
- All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier. Blacktea Tech will not file this for you. If goods received seems to have damaged packaging DO NOT open any original packaging or use the item as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for returns. All original boxes and packing material must be returned to us for proof of evidence.
Product information liability
- All product information as well as pictures and hyperlinks contained in our website are only to be used as a point of reference.
- We will make our Endeavour to accurate the information shown in our website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any product or technical specification provided on this website or over the phone.
Limit of Liability
- These conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify the application of any provisions of any Commonwealth, State or territorial law which by law cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
- Blacktea Tech shall not be liable or responsible for any loss, costs, damage, injury to property or persons resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with the acquisition, delivery, re-supply, retaking of possession, installation or use of the goods or any loss, costs, damage or injury resulting from the negligence of the company, its servants or agents or any other cause whatsoever.
- Any advice, recommendation, information or representation provided by Blacktea Tech as to the quality or performance of the goods or their suitability for a particular purpose or otherwise in relation to the goods is given in good faith but without any liability or responsibility on the part of the company.
- The liability of the company for a breach of any term, condition or warranty shall be limited to one of the following
(i) the replacement of the products or the supply of the Relevant products, or
(ii) the repair of the products
2. Shipping information:
Damaged in Transit:
If you receive a product that appears to have been "Damaged in Transit" - that is, damaged in transit from us to you - you should:-
- Refuse to accept delivery of the product.
- Direct the courier to "Return goods to sender".
- Notify our Customer Service staff immediately.
Events such as wilful damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or warranty repair or replacement.
Estimate delivery time frame:
- Our delivery service is anywhere in Australia
- Overseas delivery is not available at the moment.
- Items will be shipped out within 24 to 48 hours (usually next business day) after the payment is confirmed.
- Please expect the delivery may take up to 1-6 working days depending on the services location.
Estimate Shipping Fee:
The shipping fee will be automatically calculated during the checkout process. It will be varied depending on the location and order size.
- For the items weight up to 3kg, the base shipping cost is from $12
- For the item weight 5~10kg, the base shipping cost is from $18
- For the item weight 10kg-20kg, the base shipping cost is from $30
For parcels over 1kg that are square or rectangular in shape, our delivery couriers will assess charges according to their actual weight or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. The cubic weight is the parcel volume in cubic meters multiplied by 250.
You can check shipping charges by going through the check out process and then stopping at the payment selection stage if you do not wish to proceed with the order.
- Insurance charges are optional and to be paid by customer at your own request. Insurance cost about $1.5/ for every $100 value. For example, a $475 order will have an insurance cost of $7.5

RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Blacktea are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Customers who elect to have goods delivered to an address whereby the goods may be accepted or signed for by a 3rd party (i.e. workplace, hotel, office building) accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the goods once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.
3. Product Returns Policy:
Our Product return policy is listed below. This policy applies to customer returning product for service,replacement, credit or refund. Customer should understand this policy before purchasing from us. Please note: All unauthorized return items will be returned to the customer as is at customer cost.
General Product Returns Policy:
- An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained from our customer service department before any goods are returned. No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number issue from Blacktea Tech. In order to receive our RMA Number, please click here. and fill in our online RMA application form.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping label.
- Returned products must be complete and in the original manufacturer packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by manufacture.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to insure them.
- The customer is responsible for shipping charges, insurance, and duties on all return shipments, including defective products unless our fault (wrong sent Items).
- We will not accept goods sent to us as receiver pays (unless authorized by us)
- An RMA number does not guarantee credit, repair or replacement. It is simply an authorization to return goods to us.
- RMA numbers are valid for 7 working days only, any item sent after the seven days may not be accepted by our RMA department.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns that: -
- are incomplete or missing parts; or
- are not returned in their original packaging,
- Show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.
- Do not include a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label.
- have an expired Return Authorization Number.
Returning Product for Warranty service or Replacement
- Some products will be labeled "No Return". These products need to be returned to manufacture only. We will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products would be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
- Warranty is provided solely on products sold by Blacktea Tech. Other faulty products used in conjunction with products purchased from Blacktea Tech, which are not purchased from us, will not be covered under warranty
- Warranty on all equipment will be the manufacturers warranty and at the manufacturers discretion.
- Replacement items turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the suppliers or the distributors. We will try our best to speed up the process. Please understand the time involved for a replacement claim will include: our time to test the item, shipping back to the supplier, supplier\'s own test and replacement/repair and the shipping back to us.
- Any products returned to us under warranty that are tested and found to be without fault may incur a labour fee of minimal $65 at the discretion of the company
- When goods returned within warranty period, and the product is no longer available or repairable, Blacktea Tech will replace with equal or similar product. And if not possible, and we will offer a credit/refund at the current market value less our restocking fee solely at our discretion. Blacktea Tech restocking fee is calculated based on the time period the good has been purchased, as shown on the date of the invoice. If goods returned within 1 month, it will carry a 20% restocking fee, within 3 months 50%, more than 6 months 70%, and no refund will be offered after 12 months.
Goods received are not as ordered
- If goods received are not as ordered, please inform Blacktea Tech within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, Wrongly sent goods must be return within 5 days of received to us in un-opened and in original packaging. We will send replacement goods to you at our own postage cost and the customer\'s shipping charges on returned items maximal up to $30 per trade. Open the packaging and/or use as it will be deemed to be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted for returns.
- Blacktea Tech reserve the title of ownership to any extra or incorrect goods shipped as result of our error.
Returning product for Credit or refund
- If the product purchased was a special order, and not part of our regular inventory, it is not returnable for credit or refund.
- Software is non-refundable once opened.
- We do not refund or credit for incorrect choice. (Some exceptions to this rule are made on a case by case basis.) Items that are being returned for credit or refund MUST be unopened in their original undamaged/unmarked packaging, and will incur a restocking fee of a minimum of 15%. Any freight paid and / or shipping insurance is not refundable.
- No goods will be accepted for refund or credit after 7 working days from the date of invoice.
